To help us help you find a solution as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your message:
- What electronic device you use klassly on (Computer, smartphone, tablet)
-Brand and model of your device (Iphone 6, Samsung, Galaxy...)
- If you're using a tablet, or a smartphone, please include which operating system on Ios or Android (in the settings of your device)
- If you're using a computer what internet browser and which version are you on (in Tools / about)
- Which version of the App you are using (in App settings/about klassly)
- The phone number/email linked to the account you are needing support with

Our support team will do all that it can to answer your request within 72 hours and find a solution for your needs.
