Is the private chat feature free?

A private chat is an important channel for quality open communication on an app that promotes strengthening parent-teacher relationships, of course it's accessible and free!

Additional advantages to using the chat on Klassly is that the Teachers will have all the authority over the chat, only a teacher can initiate a chat with a parent to encourage protecting the privacy of educators.
Teachers can close a chat, edit notification settings and enable or disable the ability for members to chat with each other (An option parents have with subscriptions or the family comfort option in premium plans for the class).

Parents can contact the teacher via the "contact the teacher" options and state reasons of absence, tardiness, questions, various information... and the teacher can then choose which is the best way to continue the conversation, one-comment reply, begin a chat, a video call etc.
