There is an error message when I enter the class key

Sometimes phones will automatically add a space after a "." which will cause an error message when you enter the class key code.

If you're still having issues, check in with the teacher to make sure you have all the right information.

If it's all correct, contact us directly: Support@klassroom.co, and provide the following information:
- the class key,
- the name and surname of the teacher,
- The phone number you opened the account with.

For security reasons, the Klassroom team will never provide anyone with a class key based on information provided, you must have that information from the teacher.
